Hello!You chronically feel anxious, guilty and like you’re just not doing enough (even though you’re exhausted). You grew up quickly, learning that you only had yourself to rely on and to prioritize other people’s needs while ignoring your own. Your empathy and adaptability have always been strengths, but they are also coming at the cost of burn-out, dysregulation and a deep feeling of loneliness.
Maybe you’re struggling with relationships, friendships or family dynamics that feel like watering a dead plant. Maybe your anxiety, panic or depression have been becoming harder and harder to keep at bay after years or decades of just grinning and bearing it. Maybe childhood wounds are showing up when you have conflict with your partner, your kids or your mother in law.
These survival strategies you adopted early in life, like hyper-vigilance and perfectionism, helped you cope in the past but are just no longer serving you and the life you are building.
In therapy, we’ll explore where these patterns started so that we can process, heal and create new ones that come from self-trust instead of survival. We will collaborate, find new ways to respond to stressors and create habits that foster healthier relationships, self-acceptance and self-trust.

My Approach
Navigating life’s challenges can be overwhelming, especially when you’re carrying the weight of past traumas. That’s why my approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, authenticity and relatability.
We will collaborate together in a safe, nonjudgmental space to create and achieve your goals - and we will celebrate all of your wins together along the way!
My role is to support and guide you in everything from learning practical ways to set a boundary with your mother-in-law or with your boss, all the way to re-processing traumatic memories from childhood that are leaving you feeling anxious, alone or responsible for everything.
