Allison Kirvan, MS LMFT

“You are not what happened to you. You are what you choose to become.”

I am here to
guide & support you

I’m Allison and I’m here to be a gentle, guiding hand as you heal from past experiences and find your peace.

I support clients with things like:

  • Navigating complicated or toxic family/relationship dynamics

  • Creating, setting and holding healthy boundaries

  • Letting go of shame and building confidence

  • Developing new ways to cope with stressors and conflict

  • Healing from past wounds to get out of old survival patterns

  • Replacing chronic anxiety with self-trust

  • If you’re ready to start therapy, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation call.

Having a therapist that you trust has a huge impact on the success of therapy! My clients appreciate my non-judgmental and relatable approach as they process difficult experiences.

In my career, I have done different forms of therapy and teaching including in-home, in-patient, out-patient and group therapy.

I have been seeing clients in my private practice since I was a student therapist where I specialize in helping women & teens heal from complex or relational trauma.
